On 365 Card's the challenge was to make a card

with a sentiment I miss you or similar...

I used another stamp set from the

discontinued list called T-2686 Kid Praises.

I love this little girl from the set and

Here's A Hug is a great sentiment....

This is for a challenge on Spectacular Sunday where we were to use a charm somewhere on are

card. I used Hostess Set TC-3010 Be Of Good.

Challenge # 7

This is another challenge card for Melisa's blog

the technique is called brayer resist. I used glossy card stock & brayered with Autumn leaves

Kaleidacolor ink pad. Next I stamped the tree

T-2700 Good Timber using VersaMark & Clear embossing powder.I then brayered black ink over all of it & gently wiped off the the tree. This is a really fun technique to play with....

Creative Challenge #6

I made this rustic picture frame as a challenge on Melisa's blog

I washed it in a blue antiquing and then stamped it using VersaMark & Clear embossing powder.. It's very simple & perfect for a quick gift.

Day 55 Card Recipe

This is for a challenge

Using this recipe

5x5 card (solid color)

4x4 pattern paper (you may alter edges)

1 shape (circle,Square,Star,heart etc.)

paper pack with alphabet stickers
& to give the turquoise paper more

of a pattern I stamped a paisley

pattern in burnt umber ink using

one of the stamps set on the TAC

discontinued list T-2315 Paisley Rockz

Day 54 - Recycled Elements

I made this card for a

challenge on 365 Card's.

You were to recycle or

re-purpose something

for earth day. So I used

the packaging from a toy

to cut out this acrylic flower.

I then stamped it with Blk StazOn

using T-2898 Script background.

The sentiment is T-2899

Day 51 Picture This

This was a challenge

over at 365 Card's using

a photo for inspiration.

I used V-838 Amelia Paper

T-739 Gerbera Daisy stamp

First I stamped and then

embossed the daisy with black

embossing powder then I used

bleach to remove the color from the

paper and next colored the image

with Twinkling H2o's.

Day 49 Accordian Card

This is the last Scor-it challenge

for 365 Cards.

T-1102 Take Pride.

Cut 1 - 8"x 5 1/2" base card

score at 2", 4" & 6" you will have

what looks an M

next cut 2- fronts 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

attach to front and back of scored

M shape.

For inside of card

cut a piece 3 1/8" x 4"

attach to fold .

Decorate as desired.

batteries died.

Day 48 Score A Pattern

I have lost my mojo... where oh where can it be???
I have been wanting to try the wood graining tech. my scoring is on my wood planks.

I used V-835 Winchester paper collection.

to make one of these for quite some time

and it's so much easier than it looks.

Day 46 Matchbook Card

This is is for a Scor-it challenge on 365 Card's.

My card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

I cut my card stock at 4 1/4"x 11 1/2"

then scored at 1 1/8" & 5 1/2" .

I used V-840 Amberley Grace SWIC &

B-320 matching card stock & Hardware B-120.

T-2836 Hieroglyph Horses were stamped in

S-952 Versa Magic Jumbo Java & embossed

with clear embossing powder.

The Sentiment is T-2873 G Is For Gratitude.

Day 45- Tri-Fold Card

Today's Challenge over at 365 Card's was to make a Tri-Fold card. The measurements are 5 1/2"x 8 1/2" and I scored the longest edge at 1 1/2" and again at 5 1/2" I then decorated with my Angelee V-843 paper pack. I love the soft spring colors of this collection and it's the perfect paper for a Tri-fold card as everything coordinates. The stamp I used is called All Things Nature T-907. The bird was stamped with Palette noir ink and colored with my Prisma color H20 pencils & my Dove blender.

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge

I was over at Melisa's blog and she was sharing a cute card she had created for challenge# 2 over at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge. So I decided to check them out. The Challenge was to incorporate some sort of stamping into your project but you also must include at least one bird... So I decided to play! I made a 3 1/2" x 8" card using V-928 Rustic Chic pattern paper & my new stamp set T-3057 Bird Cage. This stamp set is fast becoming one of my favorites...

365 Cards Day 44 Money Holder

This is a Traditional Money Holder using a full sheet of 8 1/2"x11" V-244 Kraft card stock. It was scored at 3 1/2" and folded up to form the pocket, next flip over and from folded edge it was scored again at 3 5/8". I then used my MS border punch to do the decorative lattice edge across flap. Decorated with V-851 Catelynne paper collection and a scrap of solid pink cs, brown grosgrain ribbon,pink rhinestone for some bling & embellished with sentiment stamp T-2939 Celebration Time.

365 Cards Day 43 Gift Card Holder

This is for a challenge for Scor-it week on 365 Cards.

I was inspired to use

Amy's design style because it is quick & easy. Cut card base at 4 1/4" x 11" score 3" from each end and flip & score at 5 1/2" you will have what looks like a W

I then ran my tape gun across the center bottom and sides then cut off the top folded portion & used my coluzzle

to cut a half circle. It was decorated using The Angel Company paper R-2503 Mia's Cottage & The cute little paper pieced bird is from T-3057 Bird Cage in the new Serendipity Magalogue. The Sentiments came from T-2954 Build A Flower set...

Kissed Elephant

My grand daughter Paityn happens to love elephants so I was inspired to make this one girly. I used the kissing technique on the elephant and gave her a little bling too! I used these stamp sets T-3087 Graphic Blooms, T-2727 Wild for You,T-2691 Circle Sampler.

Feel Better Friday

Here's another challenge card from 365 cards.. Day 41 we were to create a get well card using 5 flowers. I choose to use the flower from T-2727 Wild For You & the grass from T-815 Mountain Scenery. the Sentiment comes from A level hostess set TA- 2985 Feel Better. I used the simple Tombo marker technique where you color directly on the stamp then moisten with your breath & stamp.

I Quilt!

This is a card I was inspired to do from sketch 38 on 365 Cards. I used the Winchester SWIC for my quilt top
and T-2610 Running Stitches for my faux stitching and assorted buttons from my stash tied with tan scrapper's floss.I really think this has an amish feel to it.
