One Layer Victorian Birthday Card

This was a card I made some time ago for a dear friends birthday. I had posted it in the PCC gallery, but I realized I hadn't shared it here...

    Kim, this is beautiful! I've not tried that technique yet, of embossing, but not punching the center - guess I'm a big chicken! Girl, this is a true stunner!
