Golden Egg Challenge

Friday April 22-Sunday April 24
Who doesn’t love a golden egg! Just like our kids we can’t wait to crack it open and see what’s inside. This month we are combing our love for Golden Eggs with a cardmaking challenge!

To play along cardmakers MUST use the items in the Golden Egg, on their cards, and then upload them to our Savvy Projects Blog share! What in the Golden Egg (Items that have to be on your card):1. GLITTER ~ Prisma glitter or glitter pens … it just has to have glitter!2. LAYERS ~ At least 3!3. COLOR ~ At least 3 colors or more! Ink, prisma pencils, copics, etc.4. RIBBON or SCRAPPERS FLOSS5. FLOWERS ~ At least 1!

Wishing you all a blessed Easter with family and friends! I haven't had much of a chance to play along with the wonderful hops on the Savvy Projects blog so I thought I would post a card that I made yesterday for this challenge..

I used the Stardust Clear Gelly pen on the cross... It was sunny here yesterday so I shot this photo outside, my camera didn't capture the gorgeous sparkle on this sweet little lambs cross. I have lots of layers using Caboodles E and Tutti Frutti, Lots of color, ribbon and flowers... All the requirements met for a beautiful Easter card!

  4. What a fun challenge Kim!! And congrats on all your publications!! I'm so excited for you! YOU GO GIRL! Quick question. Do you know anyone who runs the DDH. I am REALLY disappointed that I bought some of the images and they didn't come in jpeg form like digi stamps usually do. I can't use what they sent me. I sent a message over a week ago via the site and haven't received any reply, so that's not good customer service on their part. If you know someone i can speak with let me know. Thanks Kim! and hugs to you!
